The East Baton Rouge Parish Housing Authority (EBRPHA) is accepting proposals for a qualified vendor to perform residential property inspections in accordance with Federal housing quality standards for its Project Based Voucher (PBV) program. Official bid documents can be downloaded at www.ebrpha.org beginning October 13, 2025. Questions related to the RFP should be submitted to dmejia@ebrpha.org by 4:30 PM CT, Friday, November 7, 2025. Sealed proposals must be submitted to 4731 North Blvd, Baton Rouge, LA 70806, by 4:30 PM CT, Friday, November 14, 2025, in accordance with the RFP.
