- $20.00 per hour
- 5 day work week 3:30pm-12:00am

Position Purpose:
This individual will sort and evaluate used surgical devices (Medical Device Recovery -MDR). This position will also carefully review all MDR to include identifying hundreds of part numbers or sku numbers within MDR efficiently and enter the information into the computer system for inventory control. Occasionally produces productivity and hospital traceability reports
Key Job Activities:
Shipping and receiving used medical devices.
Sorting, evaluating, identifying 200+ pieces of used medical devices with the assistance of a manual and research to decide whether or not they are in a condition to be refurbished.
Communicating with customers and high level leaders on different types of changes to devices.
Inventory counting, data entry into computer system.
Responsible for training new team members to the role on how to identify the correct device with accuracy and efficiency.
Physical handling, cleaning, storing used medical devices.
Reports, record keeping, internet research.
Provides work direction and advice to lower level Plant Workers on an intermittent basis.
Perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned.
Education:
Preferred Education: in High School or Equivalent
Experience:
High School diploma or equivalent
Two or more years of related experience or training or combination of experience and training, demonstrating strong communication skills
Demonstrates knowledge of basic computer skills
Demonstrates the ability to perform functions safely and productively and according to established policies and procedures
