Summary

Position Overview

The Evening Outlet Supervisor oversees the smooth and efficient operation of the assigned food & beverage outlet during the evening shift. This role ensures exceptional guest service, strong team coordination, and consistent adherence to Seaview and Hyatt brand standards. The Evening Outlet Supervisor leads the team through peak dinner service, supports bar or lounge activity as applicable, and ensures the outlet is properly closed, cleaned, and prepared for the next day's business.

Key Responsibilities

Evening Operations & Service Leadership

• Supervise all evening service operations, ensuring a polished, timely, and guest-focused experience.
• Lead the team through high-volume dinner periods, coordinating service flow and table management.
• Oversee evening bar or lounge activity, ensuring responsible service and guest engagement.
• Ensure all closing duties are completed accurately, including cleaning, restocking, and securing inventory.
• Maintain outlet readiness, ambiance, and cleanliness throughout the shift.

Guest Service & Experience

• Greet guests, monitor service quality, and ensure prompt resolution of concerns.
• Support servers, bartenders, and hosts with table touches, special requests, and service recovery.
• Promote menu knowledge, specials, and upselling techniques to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue.
• Maintain a professional, welcoming presence during peak evening hours.

Team Support & Leadership

• Provide hands-on leadership, coaching, and guidance to evening staff.
• Assist with training new colleagues and reinforcing service standards.
• Ensure proper break compliance, task delegation, and team communication.
• Communicate shift updates, guest feedback, and follow-up items to morning and daytime leadership.

Financial & Administrative Duties

• Support cash handling, comps, voids, and end-of-shift reconciliation.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs to management.
• Ensure accurate posting of charges and adherence to POS procedures.
• Document evening incidents, maintenance needs, and operational notes for leadership review.

This is a Full Time Seasonal position with the opportunity to become a Year-Round Position.

Pay rate for this position is $22-$27 depending on experience.

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Previous food & beverage or hospitality experience required; supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and guest-service skills.
• Ability to multitask and lead a team during high-volume evening periods.
• Knowledge of POS systems, cash handling, and closing procedures.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 30 lbs for extended periods.
• Evening availability required, including weekends and holidays.
