Description

The Property Maintenance Inspector will be responsible for conducting property inspections, assessing buildings for compliance with regulations, identifying maintenance needs, documenting findings, and preparing reports. The role will also involve coordinating with property owners and contractors to ensure timely and effective resolution of issues and issuance of Use & Occupancy certificates.

Requirements

Experience in property inspection, building assessment, and regulatory compliance
Ability to identify maintenance needs and document findings effectively
Experience in report preparation and coordination with property owners and contractors
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Ability to communicate effectively and work independently
Knowledge of local building codes and regulations is a must
Relevant inspector certifications in Pennsylvania
