Quality Assurance Reviewer I

As a Quality Assurance Reviewer I, you'll help ensure our products meet FDA and GMP standards-playing a vital role in maintaining the integrity of everything we produce.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review batch production, packaging, labeling, and validation records for accuracy and completeness
• Verify documentation and procedures meet FDA and GMP standards
• Evaluate exception reports, complaint investigations, and stability data
• Assist with review and approval of raw material releases, labeling, and equipment qualifications
• Ensure master batch records are accurate, current, and compliant
• Collaborate closely with Quality Control and Production to resolve discrepancies and maintain compliance across departments
• Support internal and external audits through accurate recordkeeping, maintenance of product files, and documentation reviews
• Generate and maintain Certificates of Analysis and Certificates of Manufacture for domestic and international products
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen product quality and process consistency

Qualifications:

• Minimum of Associate's degree or equivalent required (college coursework in Math, Chemistry, or related fields preferred)
• Bachelor's degree in science preferred (Chemistry, Biology, Math/Physics)
• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
• Familiarity with manufacturing or quality environments a plus
• Desire to learn and grow in the QA field
