Position Overview

The Quality Control Technician / CDL Driver is responsible for inspecting, test-driving, relocating, and delivering commercial buses to ensure each vehicle meets safety and operational standards before reaching customers.

This is an active driving role, not a warehouse or entry-level technician position.

Primary Responsibilities

• Perform arrival inspections on buses entering inventory
• Test drive commercial buses to verify performance and safety
• Operate buses safely throughout company property
• Deliver buses to vendors, service partners, and customers
• Maintain organized and safe lot conditions
• Identify mechanical or operational concerns during inspections
• Complete basic documentation using company systems

Required Qualifications

Valid CDL (Commercial Driver's License)
Passenger Endorsement (CDL-P)
Minimum 4+ years commercial driving experience
Clean driving record preferred
Comfortable driving large commercial vehicles daily
Strong attention to safety and detail
Basic computer and documentation skills

Compensation

$30,000 - $40,000 per year (based on experience)
