Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Tech, Level 3 to join our team in Hatboro, PA. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards. Responsibilities
Conduct thorough inspections and tests on incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products.

Document and report quality issues, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve quality-related problems.
Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and protocols.
Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action processes.
Train and mentor junior quality technicians on best practices and quality standards.
Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and quality metrics.
Demonstrated proficiency with advanced metrology equipment, including but not limited to:
- Vision-based measuring systems (optical comparators, profilometers, digital microscopes)

- Laser and probe-based metrology systems

- Roundness and cylindricity measurement tools

- Surface finish and form testers

- Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM), both manual and automated

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in quality assurance or related field preferred.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control or assurance, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

Strong understanding of quality standards and methodologies, such as ISO or Six Sigma.

Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficient in using quality inspection tools and software.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
