Job Description

• Build, refine, and periodically review compliance frameworks to ensure alignment with applicable laws, regulations, and internal standards.
• Manage regulatory-related tasks, including addressing inquiries from regulators and fulfilling licensing obligations.
• Develop and deliver training programs focused on internal policies, regulatory expectations, and associated compliance risks.
• Oversee the coordination and timely submission of required regulatory filings.
• Provide guidance to business teams on policy interpretation, regulatory changes, and compliance-related.
• Collaborate regularly with colleagues in the firm's international offices to ensure consistent compliance practices.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's Degree in related field
• At-least 5 years of legal & compliance experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
