(USA) Inc. seeks a Reliability Engineer in Memphis, Tennessee ($86,694 to $110,000) to optimize equipment reliability and plant efficiency through strategic maintenance, technical innovation, and cross-functional collaboration. Must have a bachelor’s degree in mechanical, industrial, or manufacturing engineering, or a closely related field of study and at least 3 years of post-baccalaureate work experience in mechanical, maintenance or electrical engineering at a paper plant. Of the required experience, must have 2 years of experience in Root Cause Analysis; 2 years of experience with preventive and predictive maintenance techniques; 2 years of experience with lubrication and vibration programs of paper machine and converting assets; 2 years of experience with LDC technology; and 2 years of experience with paper machine equipment installation, troubleshooting and optimization.
