We are looking for

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, FRM) is a plus.
• You have a Master's degree in Economy, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics or a related field;
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in risk management within the asset management or financial services industry.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of risk management regulations and guidelines (ESMA, CSSF, etc.). Familiarity with UCITS and AIFs investment restrictions.
• Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in risk management software and tools. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attributes: Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Ability to adapt to changing regulatory environments.
• Fluent/native speaker of English.Spanish and French also valuable.

Your role in the team
• Research and follow-up on the latest risk management regulationsand guidelines (ESMA Q&As, CSSF circulars and FAQ, etc.);
• Review of statutory Fund documentation (term sheets,prospectuses, placement memoranda, etc.) and summary of risk-relatedinformation for further analysis;
• Updating of risk management procedures and policies;
• Performance of controls on investment restrictions (UCITS andAIFs);
• Advising on risk management best practices for a broad range ofasset classes (PE, RE, debt, infrastructure, liquid assets) includingtransversal topics like Key Information Documents (KIDs) and valuation methods;
• Development, testing and documenting the outcomes of risksolutions, both while under development and following rollout;
• Preparation and submission of risk reports on behalf of Clients;
• Other ad-hoc tasks, depending on the development of theregulatory framework applicable to IFMs from a risk management perspective.
