Your new role

As the Senior Compliance Manager, you will take full ownership of the compliance function in Singapore while providing strategic oversight across multiple international jurisdictions. In this high‑impact leadership role, you will act as the primary contact for regulators, ensuring adherence to local requirements and global regulatory expectations. You will guide the business on compliance and AML matters, lead regulatory inspections and audits, manage complex cross‑border obligations, and supervise a team of compliance professionals. Your work will directly influence the firm's governance, risk posture, and operational integrity, giving you broad exposure across investment, operations, distribution, and senior management.

What you'll need to succeed

In order for you to succeed in this position, you will have:

• 8+ years of compliance experience within asset/fund management
• Strong knowledge of MAS regulations; familiarity with international regulatory frameworks is advantageous
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage multi-jurisdictional compliance responsibilities
• Prior people management experience
• Excellent communication skills and confidence engaging senior stakeholders
