Description

What You'll Do

1. Build high-performance trading systems with ultra-low latency
2. (including market making, hedging, and arbitrage strategies for derivatives and delta-one products)
3. Partner closely with traders and quantitative researchers to design and refine trading logic
4. Develop and maintain core trading infrastructure in C++
5. Write clean, well-tested code, including automated tests, and participate in code reviews
6. Provide advanced (Tier 3) support for production systems when needed

What We're Looking For

1. Degree in Computer Science or a related field
2. 8+ years of experience developing server-side applications in C++ on Linux (C++14 or newer preferred)
3. Strong system design and problem-solving skills
4. Solid understanding of:
5. Multithreading
6. Network/socket programming
7. Low-latency system design
8. Experience building trading systems or exchange connectivity is highly preferred
9. Familiarity with Kafka is a plus
10. Strong data analysis skills
11. Clear and effective communication in English (spoken and written)
