- The Hopewell Plant Site Controller serves as the top financial and operational accounting partner at the plant, collaborating closely with the Plant Manager and leadership team to meet plant goals. This role involves comprehensive financial management, reporting, and driving productivity improvements within a manufacturing environment.
The expected base pay for this position is $130,700 – $196,100
We offer a range of market-competitive total rewards that include periodic pay rate adjustments based on market competitiveness. Certain roles may be eligible for discretionary financial benefits such as incentive pay, equity awards, and participation in a deferred compensation plan.

Requirements
Financial leadership and analysis: Oversees budgeting, monthly close processes, financial reporting, and translates financial results into actionable strategies to enhance plant performance.
Operational partnership and continuous improvement:Acts as a change agent alongside plant leadership to drive business initiatives, develop financial tools, and lead teams in achieving year-over-year productivity gains while championing process optimizations.
Strategic Planning and Initiatives: Partners with Plant Manager and Business Leaders to develop strategies and initiatives to drive growth and margin improvements
Talent development: Providescoaching to team members to enhance their skills and performance. This involves offering guidance, support, and constructive feedback to help individuals grow professionally and achieve their career goals.
Accounting Advice: Offers expert accounting advice to team members and plant site, ensuring that financial practices and procedures are followed accurately and efficiently.
Internal Controls and Compliance: Ensure that proper internal controls are in place to safeguard company assets and maintaincompliance with regulatory requirements. Develop necessary inventory policies and controls to ensure the integrity of financial statements.

- Team development: Develops team members through coaching and feedback on results.
Basic Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: 10+ years of progressive Finance experience, including leadership roles. Experience in a public company and a manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Technical skills: SAP experience is preferred. CPA or CFA certification is also preferred.
