About the Role
STH Piling PTY LTD is seeking experienced Steel Fixers / Form workers / laborer's to all basement construction operations on our projects in the Melbourne area.
What You'll Be Doing
Hands on role working onsite construction activities along side STHP site manager, including overseeing subcontractors and trade workers
Ensure adherence to all health and safety regulations and company policies
Reporting directly to our site manager / with builders, subcontractors and other stakeholders to address any issues or concerns
Provide mentoring and guidance to site staff
Ensure site is clean and tools are working and put away for storage
What We're Looking For
Good work ethic, problem-solving and decision-making skills
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Relevant construction qualifications or certifications
Someone with basement construction experience weather it be shotcrete / steel fixing / formwork looking to step into a leadership role
