Description
Maximus is currently hiring for a Systems Quality Assurance Manager to support our Missouri Enrollment Broker project. This is an on-site position in the greater St. Louis, MO area. The Systems Quality Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations for the Quality Assurance team, and for creating efficient business partnerships to meet business goals. The project will be a multi-channel contact center that will support multiple clients throughout the state of Missouri.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day functions of the Quality Assurance (QA) department
- Manage an effective quality assurance program that monitors and resolves issues before they become problems
- Supervise the development and regular update of policies and procedures
- Evaluate the need for and ensure the provision of necessary training for project personnel, providing up-to-date information on relevant programs, community resources, and options for consumers
- Arrange staff training on a regular and ongoing basis. Ensure project training program meets all corporate requirements
- Provide project leadership with updates on all issues regarding quality, operations, training, and policy and procedures
- Provide leadership to all staff in the areas of quality improvement as it relates to process improvement, customer service and conflict resolution
- Prepare reports and briefings for project leadership and review monthly and quarterly project status reports provided to the Department
- Lead and manage all quality assurance, quality control, and quality planning activities
- Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive Quality Management Plan (QMP)
- Establish quality standards, metrics, and monitoring processes across all project deliverables
- Oversee all system and solution testing activities, including execution of the Test Plan
- Design and maintain a testing framework, test suites, and automated testing approaches
- Plan and coordinate all testing efforts (e.g., regression, volume, system, and user testing
- Manage and direct testing staff, testing environments, and testing resources
- Partner with project teams and stakeholders to prevent defects and ensure production readiness
- Review deliverables, system enhancements, reports, and test results for quality and accuracy
- Ensure data integrity, system input/output validation, internal controls, and quality checks
- Support system certification efforts by ensuring documentation and artifacts meet required criteria
- Oversee training and use of document management and quality tools
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study and 5+ years of relevant professional experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Demonstrated experience leading quality assurance and testing efforts for large system implementations or complex operational environments
- Experience developing and maintaining robust quality control functions, including:
Verification of system outputs
Data integrity validation
Job balancing and system input controls
Internal controls and quality checks across operations
- Proven experience leading and managing system testing activities endtoend
- Strong knowledge of quality management, testing standards, and best practices for health information systems
- Must be willing and able to work onsite in greater St. Louis, MO.
Preferred Requirements:
- Experience working with large healthcare, claims processing, call center, or public-sector technology environments.
