Technology - Software Engineer (Graduate Hiring)

As a Software Engineer, you will design and develop large-scale applications for leading global companies to drive digital innovation.

You will develop and enhance software solutions across diverse systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products. Leveraging technologies like AI and cloud, you'll create applications that meet client needs and drive business impact.

You'll tackle complex problems, propose effective technical solutions, and ensure software quality through best practices. This role calls for strong programming skills, adaptability to evolving technologies, and a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above; Full-time students graduating from domestic or overseas institutions between January 1,2025 and August 31,2026
• Majors from any discipline are welcome; Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or System, Business, Science, Mathematics, and Engineering backgrounds will be an advantage.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin).
• Tech-savvy - interested in the latest technology.
• Effective communication - listen to & accurately capture others' ideas, feedback & concerns; articulate ideas in a clear & engaging manner.
• High learning agility - assimilate information & learn new techniques & methodologies quickly; enjoy learning.
• Outcome-focused - seek to understand the broader team priorities/goal & align own work to them.
• Flexible and adaptable - flexible to work on different projects/locations and accommodate clients with travel requirements. Comfortable dealing with ambiguity & resilient when facing change & uncertainty.
• Collaborative - work collaboratively with different people to help teams or workgroups achieve their goals.

Nice to have:

• Hands-on experience in application development and design, technical document writing.
• Knowledge of frontend/ Backend integration with cloud platform deployment, Automation, CI/CD, Data, Blockchain, Security etc.
• Application development language - e.g. Kotlin/ Swift/ React Native/ JAVA/ JavaScript
• Knowledge/ experience in development projects that are delivered in Agile/Scrum, DevOps.
