Your new role

As VP, Operational Risk (Hong Kong), you will:

• Lead operational risk management for Hong Kong branch, ensuring compliance with regulatory and group standards
• Develop and implement risk frameworks, policies, and control enhancements
• Oversee risk identification, assessment, and mitigation across business units
• Prepare governance reports and communicate regularly with group office on risk matters
• Partner with senior management to strengthen risk culture and resilience

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum 8 years' experience in operational risk within banking or financial services
• Strong knowledge of risk frameworks, HKMA regulatory requirements, and governance standards
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including experience liaising with group office
• Ability to lead projects and influence senior decision-makers
