Schedule: Monday Through Friday 8am-5pm
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Capable of scheduling sterilization validations and equipment qualifications as required.
Be able to read, interpret and execute validation protocols.
Initiate SOP, specification and cycle specification changes as required.
Assist in the scheduling of truck deliveries/shipments and the preparation of sterilization loads.
Responsible for documenting receipt, placement and processing of sterilization samples as needed.
Support changes or approvals in manufacturing execution system, PLM and other systems as required.
Perform computer transactions/tasks as related to load processing.
Aid in the identification of problems and help to determine and implement corrective actions as necessary.
Participate in weekly communication meetings, process improvement projects, lean/sigma projects to establish best demonstrated practices for continuous improvement efforts throughout the operation.
Operate production equipment/software on a limited basis to support validation or production activities.
Finish the "certified operator" training program
Education and Experience
High School diploma or equivalent required
Knowledge and Skill Requirements/Specialized Courses and/or Training:
Ability to work at a desk, in an office area, or in a shipping area. Computer skills including Microsoft products and data entry, data acquisition and process operation software. Knowledge of and ability to implement FDA QSR requirements. Experience with process safety including hazard communication, respiratory safety, electrical safety and chemical handling safety procedures.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Teams, Outlook) preferred. Navigates SAP, Agile, and Documentum systems independently.
