We have an exciting opportunity for a Lead Accountant supporting the Hydraulic Mining Shovels (HMS) Product Group within the Resource Industries Operations & Product Division (RIOP). In this role, you will lead the monthly financial planning and analysis for the HMS Product Group, support its OPACC improvement agenda, and drive all OPACC reporting. You will work closely with leaders within the HMS Product Group as well as peers within the RIOP Financial Consolidations Team.
What You Will Do: • Lead HMS monthly financial planning and analysis • Support HMS OPACC Improvement Agenda (OIA) - including NPI analysis • Prepare and analyze Accountable Reporting Tool (ART), OPACC Analysis Tool (OAT) and Share of Market OPACC (SMO) updates • Partner with the business to provide deeper strategic insights and solve challenges with a customer-oriented mindset • Influence our finance culture by demonstrating desired behaviors, including but not limited to continuous improvement

Summary Pay Range: $112,710.00 - $169,060.00
