Legacy Health, one of the nation's leading health care providers, and GoHealth Urgent Care, an on-demand consumer-centric care company, partnered in 2014 to operate a network of centers throughout the Portland, OR, and Vancouver, WA areas.

We currently have the following openings for Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners: 

• Urgent Care–  Dedicated Urgent Care Specialty - exclusively practice urgent care medicine (NO DOT).

• Pediatric Urgent Care- PNP for dedicated pediatric urgent care center.

• Occupational Medicine- Established employer relationships; No weekends.

• Primary Care- Transitional primary care in an urgent care setting: 
  

  • Transitional Primary Care service line will see adult patients who are transitioning from Urgent Care back to their primary care provider with more chronic care needs.
  • This role could also see some Urgent Care overflow.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• FNP, PNP or PA must be certified.
• Urgent Care - A minimum of 1-2 years recent experience as a FNP or PA in Emergency Medicine or Urgent Care, treating both pediatric and adult patient populations (all ages) a plus.
• Pediatric Urgent Care - A minimum of 1-2 years recent experience as a PNP in Emergency Medicine or Peds Urgent Care, treating pediatric patient populations.
• Occ/Med - A minimum of 1-2 years recent experience in Occ/Med
• Comfortable with minor procedures (sutures, casts, splints, etc.), reading EKGs and X-rays.
