Huron Valley Radiology is actively recruiting fellowship–trained Breast Imagers to support our new business growth and opportunities.
The Breast Imaging section of Huron Valley Radiology is a highly collegial and collaborative division. Our breast imaging centers are part of the NAPBC and are ACR Breast Imaging Centers of Excellence. We use all Hologic mammography equipment and have Visage PACs integration with Powerscribe and Epic. We pride ourselves on excellent patient care and quality service!
POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide breast imaging services including screening and diagnostic tomosynthesis, breast ultrasound, and breast MRI
Perform tomosynthesis, US, and MRI-guided interventions
Build excellent working relationships with dedicated breast surgeons and the multidisciplinary breast cancer team
Breast Imaging only position available (Monday-Friday, no evenings/weekends/holidays): 8-12 weeks' vacation
Breast and Body Imaging position available: 12 weeks' vacation

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
While Breast Imaging only positions would be majority in-hospital shifts, candidates with the requisite body skills and desire, could work a hybrid model, as determined by the Body section at Huron Valley Radiology.

PRACTICE OVERVIEW
For over six decades, Huron Valley Radiology (HVR) has provided our patients, leading hospitals and networks of care, with a full range of diagnostic imaging and image-guided interventional procedures. We are a physician-owned company that maintains staff radiologists in-house at seven hospitals in Southeast Michigan and provides quality subspecialized service to several additional Michigan hospitals, outpatient offices and centers that provide diagnostic imaging. HVR delivers radiological services across a wide range of care settings, from the radiology departments at large, medical school-affiliated teaching hospitals to rural community hospitals, large and small private office practices, outpatient imaging centers and remote emergency departments and urgent care centers. Our diverse experience provides us with a comprehensive understanding of the unique challenges facing hospitals and office practices at every level and size, as well as the expertise to effectively address those challenges.
Requirements
Radiology Fellowship in Breast Imaging
Ability to obtain a medical license in the State of Michigan and the State of Indiana
