Under the direction of the Director of Human Resources and Staff Development, the Human Resources Coordinator supports the day-to-day operations of the organization by providing human resources assistance, office support and administrative support to staff. This role ensures smooth internal operations and contributes to an efficient and well-managed work environment.

Essential Functions
Assist with coordinating front desk coverage and provides back-up to ensure continuous professional support.
Develops and post job advertisements, prescreens applications and resumes, and coordinates interview scheduling to support timely and effective recruitment.
Assists with new hire onboarding to promote early engagement and integration within the organization.
Assists with the maintenance of personnel files in compliance with organizational policies and confidentiality requirements.
Reviews weekly timesheets, monitors employee leave balances, and ensures compliance with timekeeping procedures.
Supports workplace safety initiatives by coordinating emergency preparedness training and drills.
Coordinates staff and team-building events, including planning and logistics.
Coordinates staff development training and summarizes post-training survey results.
Develops microlearning videos for staff training.
Assist with professional development and tuition reimbursement requests.
Orders and manages office supplies.
Assists with special projects.
Serves as backup for bank deposits and audio visual set up.
Other duties as assigned.
Salary
Salary range starting at $43,000/year. Negotiable based on experience.
