We’re looking for Oncology Registered Nurses to serve as the primary nurse for oncology care navigation and coordination, as well as guideline-based treatment oversight, symptom assessment, escalation, and survivorship planning. This is a fully remote, full-time opportunity.
What You'll Do:
Connect with patients via phone, video, and messaging to support their health goals
Initiate nursing care plans, educating members on treatment regimens, symptom management, side effects, and disease-specific program benefits.
Develop individualized care plans that complement the oncologist's guidance
Utilize motivational interviewing to empower members, support adherence, and encourage enrollment of new or inactive members in employer-sponsored programs
Requirements
What We're Looking For:
Licensure: RN license in good standing; an additional multi-state compact license is preferred
Experience: 4+ years of nursing experience in a related role, including clinical experience in oncology, infusions, and critical care - remote experience is a plus
Must speak, write, and communicate fluently in English and Spanish
Location: Based in the Pacific, Arizona, or Mountain time zone required
Workspace: Quiet, secure location with reliable high-speed internet (U.S.-based only)
Schedule:
Full-time: Monday–Friday during normal business hours with occasional evenings and weekends as needed
