PPI Engineering is the preeminent vineyard engineering firm in California. Located in Napa, we have been instrumental in the planning, design, and construction of hundreds of premium vineyards including many that are world-renowned such as Stagecoach, Gap's Crown, Platt, Harlan, Promontory and more. We are currently seeking a staff engineer with a minimum of 3 years experience to join our team. Experience does not need to be in vineyards or agriculture. Some experience in water resources and irrigation design is preferred. Must be fluent in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office programs. The successful candidate will be provided on-the-job training in vineyard planning, permitting, and design with an emphasis on irrigation design. They will work closely with three licensed civil engineers with a combined 85+ years of experience designing vineyard infrastructure as well as planning and permitting of vineyard development projects. The candidate is expected to advance quickly to a Project Engineer/Project Manager role to eventually lead the irrigation design team. Compensation is commensurate with experience.
