We are currently seeking a BCBA to support a balanced caseload across in-home and clinic settings in the Fairfax County area.

What the Role Looks Like
This role includes conducting assessments, developing treatment plans and behavior intervention plans, supervising RBTs, analyzing data, and providing caregiver training. Our BCBAs work closely with families and team members to create socially meaningful, individualized programming.
You’ll have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients and needs while maintaining strong clinical support and autonomy in your day-to-day work.
