Role Overview:
We're seeking a skilled Machinist to join our Charlotte team. You'll operate 3-axis mills and a lathe (All with Prototrac controls) to produce high-quality components to specification, managing setup, calibration, production monitoring, and quality inspection. The role also includes routine equipment maintenance and a strong commitment to safety.

What You'll Do:
Set up, operate, and calibrate production machinery
Measure materials and monitor production processes
Inspect finished products and make precision adjustments as needed
Maintain compliance with all safety procedures and quality standards

Requirements

Qualifications:
Proficient in machine operation, setup, calibration, and maintenance
Skilled with precision measurement tools and techniques
Knowledge of manufacturing safety protocols
Ability to read technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Physical ability to handle machinery and materials
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational/trade school training preferred
