We're launching a new oncology service line and seeking an experienced Oncology & Infusion RN Manager to help build and lead a patient-centered program that delivers exceptional cancer care across the continuum. This is a unique opportunity to join a nationally recognized academic health system and play a key role in shaping the future of oncology services in one of the fastest-growing regions just south of Charlotte.

Position Summary:
The Oncology & Infusion RN Manager serves as the central hub for patient care coordination, ensuring patients experience seamless, high-quality care throughout diagnosis, treatment, survivorship, and supportive care services.
This role combines clinical leadership, operational oversight, infusion expertise, and direct patient care to support exceptional outcomes and an outstanding patient experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate all clinical care activities within the oncology clinic Promote patient safety, quality outcomes, and patient satisfaction Utilize the nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation Lead EPIC In Basket communication and workflow management Coordinate order entry, appointment scheduling, follow-up care, and patient education Develop individualized care plans and support patient navigation throughout treatment
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (Required) Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
Licensure & Certifications:
Active South Carolina RN license or compact state license (Required) ONS/ONCC Chemotherapy Immunotherapy Certification (Required or must be obtained within designated timeframe) Current BLS Certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) Current ACLS Certification through the American Heart Association (AHA)
