Work involves food preparation, serving, and cleaning the food service areas. Employees work under direct supervision while involved in preparation of food, serving, and cleaning. Duties/Responsibilities Serve food at the dining hall; set up buffet lines and serve individual plates; interact with customers ranging from young children to senior citizens. Percentage of time 35 Duties/Responsibilities Clean and sanitize the work area, operate a commercial dishwasher; clean chairs, tables, and service lines; sweep and mop floors; clean windows, baseboards, blinds; walkways and walls of food service building.
