We are looking for an AI Engineer to build intelligent solutions on the Microsoft Power Platform by integrating large language models (LLMs), including Azure OpenAI and Anthropic Claude. This role focuses on enabling business scenarios through scalable, secure, and compliant applications aligned with enterprise standards.
You will collaborate across engineering, product, and security teams to deliver high-quality solutions that drive productivity and business impact.
What you'll do
- Design and implement solutions on the Power Platform integrated with Azure AI services
- Integrate LLM capabilities into applications using APIs, connectors, and secure service architectures
- Build AI-powered workflows and copilots using Power Automate and Copilot Studio
- Apply AI patterns such as summarization, classification, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)
- Develop and refine prompt strategies with appropriate governance and safety controls
- Ensure compliance with enterprise requirements for security, privacy, and scalability
- Follow ALM best practices, including CI/CD and environment management
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver measurable outcomes
- Contribute reusable assets, patterns, and documentation
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in AI, software engineering, or Power Platform development
- Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Copilot Studio
- Experience integrating LLMs via APIs (e.g., Azure OpenAI, Claude)
- Knowledge of prompt engineering and AI design patterns (embeddings, RAG)
- Proficiency in REST APIs, OAuth2, and Microsoft Graph
- Understanding of Azure identity and security (Entra ID, RBAC, Key Vault, DLP)
- Programming experience in C#, Python, or JavaScript/TypeScript
- Experience with CI/CD, monitoring, and performance optimization
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in enterprise or regulated environments
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 services
- Knowledge of Power Platform governance practices
- Understanding of Responsible AI principles
- Relevant Microsoft or AI certifications
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
Education
- Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$79,310.00 - $158,620.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
