Description

Join a leading global private markets firm supporting Asia Pacific operations. This is a hands-on role with exposure across multiple jurisdictions, regulatory filings, and investor-facing compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Support and enhance the APAC compliance program, policies, and manuals
2. Coordinate with internal teams and external service providers on regulatory filings and compliance requests
3. Assist with fund registrations, KYC/AML, and limited partner onboarding
4. Support corporate governance, compliance training, and operational monitoring
5. Help prepare board meetings and other ad hoc compliance projects

Who We're Looking For:

1. 5+ years in compliance, legal, or fund operations, preferably multi-jurisdictional
2. Familiarity with AML/KYC, regulatory filings, and corporate governance
3. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
4. Adaptable, collaborative, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
