Memorial Hermann Health System (MHHS), a nationally recognized, $10B not-for-profit integrated health system headquartered in Houston, Texas, seeks a strategic and results driven leader to serve as its next Associate Vice President, Quality Insights and Transformation.

Memorial Hermann is one of the largest health systems in Texas, spanning 270 care delivery sites, 17 hospitals, and an expansive network of more than 35,000 employees and 6,700 affiliated physicians dedicated to delivering high-quality, patient centered care.  

The Associate Vice President, Quality Insights and Transformation, offers a unique opportunity to lead and shape the strategic direction of quality reporting, analytics, and performance improvement across a large, complex health system. Reporting to the Vice President of Quality and Safety, the AVP will provide oversight and optimization of all major external quality programs and rankings, including Leapfrog, Vizient, CMS quality programs, and U.S. News. The leader will translate external quality measures into actionable, decision ready insights that drive clinical excellence, patient safety, and sustained performance improvement.

The successful candidate will be a seasoned healthcare leader with deep experience at the intersection of quality, analytics, and transformation. This individual will partner closely with senior executives, physician and nursing leaders, quality AVPs, and enterprise analytics teams to establish consistent analytical standards, ensure accurate and timely submissions, and lead largescale improvement initiatives.
