We Are Seeking: AV & Enterprise Collaboration Specialist
This is a senior, hands‑on role responsible for owning the AV and enterprise collaboration environment across Asia, with a strong focus on reliability, scalability, and executive‑level support. You will act as the primary technical owner and escalation point for AV and EUC issues, while also supporting new office setups and system hardware refresh initiatives.
The role is suited for an experienced AV / EUC specialist with deep Cisco systems expertise, strong communication skills, and the confidence to support senior stakeholders in high‑visibility environments.
Only Hong Kong-based candidates will be considered. Relocation is not supported for this role.
Key Responsibilities
AV & Collaboration Engineering
- Design, deploy, and provide senior‑level (3rd line) support for Cisco AV systems
- Own and support meeting room environments, hybrid collaboration tools, and conferencing platforms
- Integrate Cisco systems with Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) and Microsoft 365
- Support third‑party AV hardware and professional audio solutions
- Actively support day‑to‑day AV and EUC operations, including live meeting support
Enterprise & EUC Support
- Serve as the primary escalation point for AV / EUC incidents
- Troubleshoot call quality, device, networking, and Windows‑based collaboration issues
- Support Windows 10/11 environments and endpoint connectivity issues
- Partner with vendors on procurement, deployment, and lifecycle management
Projects & Refreshes
- Support new office build‑outs, relocations, and expansion projects
- Lead or contribute to system and hardware refresh initiatives
- Help standardise AV and collaboration solutions across locations
Requirements
- At least 8+ years of relevant experience in AV, enterprise collaboration, or EUC environments
- Strong, hands‑on experience with Cisco AV systems (non‑negotiable)
- Proven experience supporting Microsoft Teams, MTR, and M365 environments
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and support senior stakeholders
- Comfortable balancing daily operational support with project‑based work
- Able to operate independently in high‑pressure, executive‑facing environments
- Must be currently based in Hong Kong (no relocation provided)
