Corporate and Investment Banking provides corporate customers with a full range of commercial banking products and services, including cash management services, current accounts, time deposits, trade finance, working capital finance, term loans and foreign exchange. Responsibilities
- Proactively identify growth opportunities, develop marketing plan, call on target customers; meanwhile deepen wallet of existing relationships
- Manage and evaluate credit risks proactively, by preparing thorough financial analysis, credit proposals / regular credit reviews in accordance with internal guidelines and policies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product specialists and credit analysts, to deliver tailored financial products and services
- Monitor market trends, industry developments, and client feedback to anticipate and address their changing requirements
- Ensure compliance with the bank's policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines
- Contribute to the team's overall performance and business objectives by meeting or exceeding assigned targets and KPIs
- Connect the team with the overall strategic direction, create value for all stakeholders and ensure execution against set objectives

Requirements
- University graduate with major in either BBA, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Marketing, or related disciplines
- At least 8+ years of banking experience as Coverage RM in large corp / middle market segments, relevant experience in Consumer Products/Healthcare & Pharmaceutical /Professional Services sectors are preferred
- Knowledge on banking products and ability to collaborate with product partners including GTS, DCM/ECM/SA, T&M, etc
- Good credit assessment skills and good interpersonal and communication skills
- Solid experience in cross-selling cash management, trade / factoring, treasury products, etc
- Equipped with knowledge or experience in equity / debt capital market, M&A, and other investment banking products is a plus
