What You’ll Do

Inspect structural, plumbing, mechanical & electrical work on public and private projects
Issue notices, keep thorough records, and assist with plan check & frontcounter questions

Requirements

3+years’ inspection or construction experience
Associate’s in Building Inspection Tech (or equivalent experience)
Working knowledge of national codes, zoning & accessibility regs
ICC Building Inspector cert (or on track to obtain) preferred
