Billings Clinic-Logan Health (BC-LH) is Montana's largest independent, not-for-profit health system and serves communities across Montana, northern Wyoming, and the western Dakotas. Formed through the integration of two respected healthcare organizations, BC-LH is advancing a unified vision focused on delivering exceptional care while keeping patients and families close to home. Billings Clinic-Logan Health seeks a transformational Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to lead human capital strategy for Montana's largest independent health system. Serving as a trusted advisor to executive leadership and the Board, the CHRO will oversee the development and execution of enterprise-wide people strategies that support BC-LH's mission, culture, and long-term vision.
This is an opportunity to shape the future workforce of a growing and evolving health system. BC-LH is continuing significant integration efforts across technology, operations, and culture, including enterprise-wide human resources initiatives. The CHRO will partner closely with leaders throughout the organization to create a high-performing, unified workforce capable of supporting the next chapter of the organization's growth.
The successful candidate will bring a passion for rural and frontier medicine, be a true enterprise HR leader capable of leading leaders, develop executive talent, advance organizational effectiveness, and help navigate complex change. This individual will serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and executive team while ensuring that workforce strategy, leadership development, succession planning, and culture remain central priorities.
The ideal candidate will bring significant experience leading human resources within a complex healthcare organization, along with strong business acumen, executive coaching capabilities, and a collaborative leadership style. BC-LH seeks a leader who is data-driven, relationship-oriented, and committed to building a culture where teams succeed together.
