Family Medicine opportunity is available in an FQHC in Cleveland, Georgia with 20+ physicians and several advanced practice providers.About the Opportunity
- Group has 130 employees with 19 sites.
- Many sites qualify for Federal/State Loan Repayment.
- Group has a need at its Cleveland, GA location.
- Work in the office with 3 advanced practice providers.
- Monday - Friday strictly outpatient practice.
- Work one late evening per week.
- See 16 to 18 patients per day.
The Financial Package
- Compensation in the $240K to $260K range + very comprehensive benefits.
- Plus $10K for each APP that you supervise. (would supervise 3 in Cleveland)
- The bonus structure is based on several factors including productivity and patient satisfaction.

Cleveland is a beautiful small community often looked at as the gateway to the North Georgia mountains. Easy 25-minute drive to Gainesville, GA, and 90 minutes to Atlanta.
