Phoenix Corporation is hiring an experienced Machinist / Shop Foreman to take ownership of our shop operations while remaining hands-on with machining and fabrication work.
What You’ll Do
Operate conventional and CNC mills and lathes (Hurco CNC MACHINE, Fryer lathe)
Machine, fabricate, weld, and build assemblies
Run day-to-day shop operations
Pack trailers, prep field equipment, manage inventory
Support field work (~25% travel nationwide)
What We’re Looking For
Proven machinist experience (not entry-level)
Strong conventional machining skills
Fabrication & welding experience
Prior shop lead / foreman or senior machinist background
Ability to work independently and take ownership
Bilingual a plus
