About Our Client

Our client is one of the top Swiss private bank and the department is currently looking for a Compliance Advisory (Project based) with focus in private banking regulatory and policies for global compliance division. Candidate with relevant working experience in private banking area is highly preferred.

Job Description

• Monitoring and ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and internal policies
• Assisting in the development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures.
• Conducting compliance reviews and preparing related reports.
• Providing support for regulatory filings and responding to regulatory inquiries - handle SFC S181/ S182 request
• Collaborating with internal teams to address compliance-related matters.
• Staying updated on regulatory developments within the financial services industry.
• Identifying and mitigating compliance risks.
• Supporting ad hoc compliance projects as required.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's Degree holder of Business Administration or relevant discipline
• At least 2 years of working experience in compliance regulatory and policies field within banking/ Financial Services sector, preferably within private banking / wealth management sector
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• Good speaking and writing skills in English and Chinese
