Our client is a well-established Professional services firm with offices in Asia, BVI & Cayman. As a part of their growing business needs, they are hiring for the above titled position based in Hong Kong.

Some of the key responsibilities of the role include:

1. To act as key liaison between the regulators in HK, BVI & Cayman, as well as the internal business and compliance teams
2. Work closely with business leaders on compliance policies, set expectations, and maintain rigor in a balanced way
3. Leading the annual reviews of policies and procedures
4. Being responsible for licensing maintenance and timely regulatory submissions
5. Supply and provide internal compliance trainings, and ensure understanding across the teams

To be eligible for this role you will require:

1. A relevant degree with at least 8+ years of related Compliance experience gained from a professional services or offshore law firms
2. Proven experience in offshore trustee related compliance matters
3. Experience in multi-jurisdiction regulatory framework incl HK, BVI & Cayman
4. Prior experience in helping ensure compliance framework is adhered to internally and by business leaders
5. Excellent written and spoken English is a must. Mandarin is a strong plus.
