An international private banking institution in Luxembourg is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Governance Manager to join its growing Compliance function.

This opportunity would suit a compliance professional who combines strong regulatory knowledge with excellent organisational and project management skills, and enjoys driving initiatives through to completion.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate regulatory reporting, filings and compliance-related submissions.
• Support Compliance Monitoring Plan (CMP) activities and follow-up actions.
• Manage and track regulatory projects, deadlines and stakeholder deliverables.
• Assist with MiFID-related controls and regulatory obligations.
• Liaise with Compliance, AML and business teams to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Support the implementation of compliance tools, processes and regulatory initiatives.
• Ensure regulatory obligations are completed accurately and within required deadlines.
• Act as a key point of coordination across multiple compliance workstreams.

Requirements

• Experience within Regulatory Compliance in the banking sector.
• Strong knowledge of Luxembourg banking regulations and regulatory requirements.
• Good understanding of MiFID and related compliance obligations.
• General AML/CTF knowledge.
• Excellent organisational and project management skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under deadlines.
• Hands-on, proactive and detail-oriented approach.
• English fluency required; French would be considered an advantage.
• Experience within Private Banking, Banking or a Big 4/consulting environment would be highly advantageous.
