We're currently supporting a Singapore-headquartered mid-market private equity firm specializing in majority buyouts and take-private transactions across Southeast Asia. With their growth, they are looking for a Compliance Manager to join their middle-office team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the firm remains in full compliance with MAS regulations (CMS/VFM license requirements) and stays ahead of local and regional regulatory shifts.
• Lead the end-to-end KYC process for new investments, co-investors, and Limited Partners (LPs), ensuring rigorous due diligence for complex deal structures.
• Maintain and update internal compliance manuals, Code of Ethics, and Personal Data Protection policies.
• Manage all regulatory filings and serve as the main point of contact for external auditors and regulators.
• Assist in the monitoring of ESG compliance across the portfolio in line with international reporting standards.

Requirements:

• At least 6 years of experience in a legal or compliance role within Private Equity, Venture Capital, or a similar alternative investment environment.
• Deep familiarity with Singapore's Securities and Futures Act (SFA) and MAS guidelines.
• Ability to work independently in a lean, fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills to manage stakeholders ranging from deal teams to institutional LPs.
