Description

• Patrol the golf course to ensure all players have proper authorization and are in compliance with community rules and policies.
• Conduct routine inspections of all amenity areas to ensure compliance with established regulations.
• Enforce community rules and policies in a fair, consistent, and professional manner when necessary.
• Inspect all three satellite pools, ensuring:
• Trash bins are emptied as needed
• Grills are turned off and safely secured
• Pool areas are clean, safe, and compliant
• Monitor street parking after 10:00 PM and place violation notices on vehicles parked in violation of community regulations.
• Maintain a visible presence at the restaurant/bar and demonstrate the ability and confidence to de-escalate and diffuse hostile or confrontational situations calmly and professionally.
• Identify and report non-functioning street lights or other safety-related maintenance issues to the appropriate department.
• Document incidents, violations, and maintenance concerns accurately and submit reports as required.
