A leading international banking group is hiring a Compliance VP to advise its Capital Markets, Sales & Trading businesses in Paris. This is your next move if you know MiFID, EMIR and MAR inside out, and you're ready to be the go-to compliance voice for Front Office!

The Role

You'll sit at the heart of the business, advising Debt Capital Markets, Derivatives and FX teams on regulatory risk, and holding the line when it counts. Expect direct exposure to senior stakeholders, regulators, and Head Office, in a function that's genuinely valued, not just tolerated.

What You'll Do

1. Act as trusted SME for DCM, Derivatives and FX desks
2. Advise on and interpret regulation (MiFID, EMIR, MAR and beyond)
3. Investigate potential or actual breaches
4. Build credibility across Front, Middle and Back Office
5. Represent Compliance with regulators, auditors and senior committees

What You'll Bring

1. 5-7 years in a Compliance Advisory role covering Capital Markets / Sales & Trading
2. AMF certification
3. Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field
4. Sharp judgement, strong influence, and the confidence to challenge the business
