Job Description

As a Compliance Officer, your main responsibilities will include:

• Monitoring and ensuring compliance with local regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Developing and implementing compliance frameworks and procedures.
• Conducting regular compliance reviews and risk assessments.
• Providing advisory support to business units on compliance-related matters.
• Preparing and submitting regulatory filings and reports.
• Delivering training sessions to promote compliance awareness across the organisation.
• Investigating and addressing potential compliance breaches.
• Keeping updated on regulatory changes and advising on their implications.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Compliance Officer should have:

• Bachelor Degree
• 7-10 years of buyside compliance experience preferably from PE Fund
• A strong understanding of regulatory requirements within the financial services industry.
• Proven experience in compliance, risk management, or a related field.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Attention to detail and a methodical approach to tasks.
