Description
Our client is a leading securities brokerage firm with a strong market presence in Hong Kong.Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor credit risk for the margin financing business, including tracking daily market movements and identifying credit deterioration early.
- Prepare credit proposals, conduct industry research/analysis, perform valuations, and support Senior Management approval.
- Continuously monitor listed companies and recommend stock grading to protect collateral quality.
- Define user requirements for IT system development based on risk needs and relevant SFC rules, and conduct UAT with the IT team.
- Assess credit risk for new products/businesses and support development of risk control frameworks, including policies, procedures, systems, and daily monitoring workflows.
Requirements:
- Degree holder with at least 7 years of experience in credit risk management in the financial services industry.
- Sound knowledge of HK and US stock markets and margin rules.
- FRM, CFA or other relevant qualifications is a plus.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
