We value curiosity, a "can do" attitude, and a passion for continuous improvement.As a Credit Risk Senior Associate within the Reporting Team, you will play a pivotal role in capital monitoring and regulatory reporting. You will work closely with colleagues across multiple locations, ensuring our reporting meets the highest standards and supports the bank's business objectives. You will be empowered to drive process improvements, collaborate with stakeholders, and contribute to a strong control framework. Your expertise will help us maintain compliance and deliver value to the wider community.
Job responsibilities
- Own the computation of Credit Risk Risk-Weighted Assets (RWA) in accordance with CRR3 regulation.
- Oversee end-to-end production of capital adequacy reporting submitted to Deutsche Bundesbank and European Central Bank.
- Interpret and implement regulatory requirements, providing guidance and credible challenge to business and finance stakeholders.
- Lead and deliver initiatives impacting capital reporting, including process automation, data quality, and technology enhancements.
- Conduct investigations, ad-hoc analysis, and queries to address internal and external/regulatory information requests.
- Maintain robust governance and control frameworks, ensuring high standards of documentation, auditability, and operational risk management.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 5 years of experience in regulatory reporting, preferably in capital reporting.
- General knowledge of financial products and mechanisms.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to critically review and challenge numbers with strong analytical skills.
- Flexibility to work under pressure to meet changing work requirements and regulatory deadlines.
- Proactive and self-starting individual with a high level of ownership.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Knowledge of CRR3 and reporting requirements such as COREP Own funds or components reporting under credit risk.
- Experience with credit risk products including SFTs, Derivatives, and Securitization.
- Experience working in a multicultural team environment.
- Familiarity with process automation and technology enhancements in reporting.
- Advanced Excel or data analysis skills.
- Experience collaborating with international stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
