Overview

We are looking for an Application Delivery Manager to oversee the implementation of risk and compliance applications within an investment technology environment. You will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution, ensuring all projects meet security standards and internal governance.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Delivery: Manage the full lifecycle of risk/compliance apps from initial requirements to go-live.
• Stakeholder Management: Work closely with business users to document needs and translate them into technical specs.
• Project Coordination: Lead activities across developers, architects, and external vendors.
• Governance & Security: Oversee architecture reviews, security compliance, and production readiness.
• Reporting: Provide clear progress updates to project teams and senior leadership.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience: 5+ years in application/technical project delivery.
• Sector Knowledge: Experience in Financial Services, Insurance, or Asset Management is essential.
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of the SDLC and experience managing testing/deployment phases.
• Communication: Excellent written and spoken English.

Nice to Have

• Tech Stack: Exposure to Java, .NET, JSON, or Cloud architecture.
• Tools: Experience with ITSM tools.
• Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, CFA, or Cloud/Architecture certs.
• Languages: Cantonese or Mandarin skills.
