***DEPUTY HEAD OF COMPLIANCE & LEGAL - INTERNATIONAL BANK*** The London-branch of a leading retail and commercial bank require a senior-level generalist to work closely with their SMF16/17.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES OF A DEPUTY HEAD OF COMPLIANCE & LEGAL

1. Review and update Compliance policies
2. Assess the commercial impact of new regulations
3. Assist with the preparation and delivery of training
4. Develop AML policies and run the Compliance Monitoring Programme
5. Advise and liaise with internal and external stakeholders
6. Conduct thematic reviews
7. Review financial promotions
8. Provide legal advice, assist with litigation issues and review/negotiate legal agreements.

QUALITIES & ATTRIBUTES OF A DEPUTY HEAD OF COMPLIANCE & LEGAL

You will have 5-8 years' Compliance experience gained within retail or commercial banking. Salary: Up to £100K plus bonus and benefits. Please contact me for more details.
