Staffing Pros, a division of VETS Inc., is recruiting for a full-time Remote DevSecOps Engineer. An Active Top Secret/SCI clearance is required for this role.
We are seeking a DevSecOps Engineer to build and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines, automate infrastructure deployments, and ensure continuous security compliance for the Millington Datacenter Migration. This role bridges development, security, and operations to enable rapid, secure delivery of migration workloads while maintaining DoD security standards and supporting RMF/ATO requirements.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 7+ years of experience in DevOps/DevSecOps engineering in Federal/DoD environments
- Strong UNIX/Linux systems administration skills (RHEL preferred)
- Proficiency in scripting with BASH, Python, and/or Perl
- Experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, AWS CodePipeline, CodeBuild, CodeDeploy)
- Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, CDK, Ansible)
- Deep understanding of security automation STIG compliance scanning, vulnerability management, container security
- Experience with AWS security services (GuardDuty, Security Hub, Inspector, Config, CloudTrail, IAM)
- Familiarity with RMF/ATO processes and producing security artifacts for Authority to Operate
- Experience with configuration management and secrets management (AWS Secrets Manager, Parameter Store)
- Knowledge of container orchestration (ECS, EKS, OpenShift) and serverless deployment patterns
Nice to Have:
- Application-level knowledge of IBM Content Manager, Content Navigator, and WebSphere deployment automation
- Experience with CTRL-M / CTRL-D job scheduling integration in automated pipelines
- Experience with AWS Elastic Disaster Recovery (DRS) automation
- Experience with database migration automation (DMS pipeline orchestration)
- AWS Certified DevOps Engineer Professional or AWS Security Specialty certification
- CompTIA Security+ certification
