Rantec Power Systems is expanding its HR Team and looking for an experienced Director of Human Resources to provide strategic and operational leadership for our HR function. This highly visible role will partner closely with executive leadership to build a high-performing organization and to continue to strengthen the culture our Team is proud to be part of.
What You’ll Lead
Talent acquisition, retention, workforce planning, and employment branding
Performance management, succession planning, and leadership development
Compensation, benefits, leave, training, and employee-engagement programs
Employee relations, workplace investigations, accommodations, and compliance
HR analytics, organizational planning, and continuous process improvement
A responsive and collaborative HR team focused on exceptional service

What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field. Masters preferred.
SPHR/PHR certification required
10+ years of progressive HR experience, manufacturing experienced preferred.
Strong knowledge of California employment law and HR compliance
Demonstrated leadership, communication, project-management, and influencing skills
Tech Save leader with Advanced Excel skills and experience with HRIS and ATS Software’s
A proactive, hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced and changing environment

Base Salary Range: $125,000 - $175,000 (Depending on Experience)
